BARBIE 65TH ANNIVERSARY EVENT

On March 21st, Fort Mokotów turned pink for a special occasion – Barbie's 65th Anniversary Gala.

 

For the past 65 years, Barbie has been showing girls of all ages that they can be anything. To celebrate this extraordinary milestone, Friends of the brand gathered in the creatively arranged space of B’Fort. Here, they could travel through the most significant moments from the history of the iconic doll.

 

Guests had the opportunity to get to know Barbie better and learn more about how she has developed over the years, influencing trends, fashion, and society. They experienced a unique immersive journey, as well as viewed four showcases highlighting key initiatives and moments in the brand's history.

 

The Gala was hosted by Gabi Drzewiecka, with Julia Pośnik delighting everyone with a concert. Later in the evening, DJ Naro took care of the musical entertainment.

 

The event was organized by Mattel, the owner of the Barbie brand, with Vogue Polska as the media partner, along with Reserved, Koral, Glov, and Dafi as event partners.

SCOPE OF WORK:
• Planning, designing, and producing the event within specified time and budget constraints.

• Developing the event concept (exhibition), creating content and visual materials.

• Pre- and post-event communication strategy.

• Organizing details such as location, decorations, catering, entertainment, guest list, special guests, partnership coordination, equipment.

• Media relations.

• Managing and maintaining relationships with invited guests, including influencers and celebrities.

• Monitoring and evaluating post-event effectiveness .

SCOPE OF WORK:

• Planning and coordination of the 65th anniversary Barbie event.

• Development of concept and exhibition, highlighting Barbie's history, influence on fashion, and pop culture impact.

• Collaboration with Vogue Polska.

• Promotional strategy encompassing social media, press, influencers and other communication channels.

• Ensuring the visibility of patrons during the event, including acknowledgment in promotional materials.
